Thank you for diving deeper into the Priority Directions Review presentations and discussions, Options for Growth Workshop, and Options for Growth Survey.  Based on priority directions confirmed from you in the summer (click here to be directed to Summer 2010 Summary information), the purpose of this phase of work was to receive feedback on initial draft policy and to review and decide among growth management options for the next 15 – 20 years.  The following provides a summary of the Fall Engagement activities and feedback received:

For many of the OCP priorities we now have clear direction from the public and are already on a path toward meeting citizen goals for a sustainable future. The following sessions introduced some initial draft land use policy in an open discussion format.  We recognize each of these directions are closely connected, however organizing by topic area helped to focus discussion. Each session included discussion of the related tools for implementation, an identified OCP priority area.

Options for Growth Workshop
