ICSP Code refers to which category the document pertains to:

CFI    = Civic Facilities and Infrastructure
CS     = Corporate Support
EDDS = Economic Development & Diversification Strategy
ES     = Environmental Stewardship
FS     = Financial Systems
LUP   = Land Use Plans
SDS   = Social Development
TR     = Transportation

Note that some documents can be quite large, and may take a while to download.
